Return/Refund Policy

Return Policy :- 
 
  1. Returns will be accepted only when there is any defect found in the product.
  2. The charges for returns have to be borne by the consignee.
  3. Before returning the product, the client has to send it in written within 7 days of recieving the goods via mail to us at [email protected].
  4. Returns will only be accepted if sent back in proper conditions.
  5. We(kekee impex) totally hold right to reject the return goods if not found according to terms.
  6. The returns will be accepted if sent back within next 7 days of informing us.

Refund Policy :- 
  1. Refunds if any will be transferred into bank account only provided by the consignee. No cash will be paid.
  2. In case of International clients the refunds will be made in any bank account of INDIA only.
  3. In case of cancellation of order by the consignee the refunds will be made within 48 working hours in any INDIAN bank, if are liable to any or have any deposits of the consignee.
  4. In case of return goods the refunds will be made after 7 days of receiving the goods.
